These were pics of my first fur suit! I thought it turned out really well. (in this pic, I am attacking a 2x4 for no apparent reason)

And yes, I am in stilts. (better pic of them coming soon)

Wow!! That is intense! it looks really great, and stilt legs are definitely a nice touch. Doesn't it get really hot in there though?

OH boy howdy does it!! I actually look out the mouth so my breath steams in the winter and makes condensation on the teeth! Looks really great but it sucks in a building where there are heaters. I don't wear this mask anymore because the hair got all ratty, but it looks nifty sitting on my shelf!

lol no kidding! I was once asked to be Clifford at a book faior, and had to wear a giant red padded suit with the mask.... hot as hell in there.

that's too bad... but it's still awesome

Wow, that had to be intense!! I can't hang around children while up in these stilts because they tend to grab and hug me once they get over how tall I am. It hurts really bad if you have to catch a fall from being grappled!!

Thanks a bunch!

ouch... never happened to me before... I usually try to keep my distance from children when I'm on stilts... but I've never done any fursuit-style stuff on them... Clifford was on the ground xD I stick to doing regular costumes on stilt, which probably make the kids less likely to hug me anyways ^^

Yeah, if I was to do a Clifford type suit, I could not keep my 5 year old son off of me! He just loves that big red dog!

Most of the time the only people I have to worry about running up to grab me in stilts are little gals at an anime convention. Most of them ask first, but I do get a lot of hugs.

me and my friend in holland want to be furries too.. but we can't make a suit im affraid and cant find where too buy one, can someone help me?

*Qarrezel is one more person I watch who is doing fantastic work. Drop any of them a line and I am sure that if they can't take on a commission, they might be able to let you know who can! Good luck on your suiting!
